Label: self-released

Try: 1, 2(!!), 4

Profanity (safe harbor only): 4

This is local thrash metal / death metal / grindcore / powerviolence. Pretty self explanatory, but think of it as hardcore + metal, if you’re not too well versed in the metal or hardcore scenes (nor am I, to clarify). It’s VERY fun to mosh around to, and the members of BRAT are involved in local hangs like Poor Boys, Parasite, and Under Nine Gallery. If you like angry screaming vocals that you can’t understand, hard guitars and fast drums, this is for you. RIYL God, Coalesce, Escuela Grind, Maul, Mongrel   - DC

"Music from the Merits" is an album review series showcasing the internal reviews that are taped to the physical albums we add to the station. This is what's written to help DJs see what the album sounds like and help them decide if they want to play it. All albums must be reviewed before they can be added to our library. Formatting has been kept as-is printed for the physical release.
